Jukebox Time recently got a chance to interview Andror M Thompson in regard to his book Alex Knight and the Secret Worlds. We got insights into his book, his source of inspiration and much more.

Q1. Welcome to Jukebox Time! How are you doing?

I’m very well thanks! Thank you for having me on your platform.

Q2. Your book is now available on Amazon! Please tell our readers about your book Alex Knight and the Secret Worlds.

Alex Knight and The Secret Worlds is about a bullied teenager who feels worthless in school and at home due to his strict stepfather until he accidentally stumbles into a fantastical dimension called Esmeria and soon realises that he’s been specially called upon to save Esmeria and our world along with his best friends, from an ancient evil.

Q3. What motivated and inspired you to write this book?

I wanted to showcase a hero that many average teenagers and adults could resonate with. Alex Knight represents the person who feels mistreated, ignored and alone in society until he is called to greatness and realises what’s more important in life which are the things that we often take for granted. I also wanted to show that no matter who you are, everybody has something special in them no matter how big or small.

Q4. Any tips or advice for aspiring writers?

Yes. Write a story that you personally enjoy. Don’t write what you think people will like otherwise you will not enjoy the process and it will just feel like work.

Q5. What’s next? Which book or project are you working on now?

The next books I’m working on is to promote the sequels: Alex Knight and The Dark Storm and Alex Knight and The Multiverse Mayhem.

Q6. Finally, as we ask all our guests on Jukebox Mind, do you have any closing thoughts that you would like to share with the world and our readers

Yes. Remove negative people from your life and never let anyone tell you that you cannot achieve your dream regardless of who it comes from and again, thank you for having me on your platform!

About the author: Andror M Thompson was born on 29th January 1986 and grew up in North West London. Since childhood, he wrote as a hobby and as a form of escapism until a friend inspired him to start writing professionally. “What’s the worst that could happen?” his friend told him, and now here he is! He is a huge movie buff and tends to envision his stories as if they are movies. He also has a big imagination, aiming for his readers to feel as though they are part of the adventure alongside the characters. He wouldn’t describe himself as a writer of a particular genre, as he enjoys trying his hand at writing anything, believing that creativity cannot be confined to a single box. However, fantasy tends to be his main focus. He also loves video games, traveling, hanging out with friends, and having fun!
